Responsible Gaming Policy

Responsible Gaming at bg341 —
Keep the fun within limits

bg341 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a source of problems. Our responsible gaming tools help you stay in full control of your play.

Why is responsible gaming so important?

Online gaming is a legitimate form of entertainment, but if not practised in moderation it can have a negative impact on personal and family life. bg341 always wants its players to enjoy themselves — but that enjoyment should never become a source of stress or financial harm.

Responsible gaming means setting your own budget, deciding on time limits and not placing gaming above all other responsibilities. bg341 is a platform where player safety and well-being are the top priority.

Remember: Gaming is entertainment, not a guaranteed way to earn income. There is no certainty of winning in any game — so only spend money whose loss will not disrupt your daily life.

Warning signs of problem gambling

Spending money beyond your set budget
Repeatedly playing to chase lost money
Hiding your gaming from family or friends
Feeling unable to stop gaming
Neglecting work, studies or daily responsibilities
Taking loans or selling assets to fund gaming

bg341's Protection Tools

We provide several effective tools to help you stay in control of your play. They are completely free to use and can be activated at any time.

Deposit Limit

Set a maximum limit on your daily, weekly or monthly deposits. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately, and a 24-hour delay applies if you wish to increase it.

Session Time Limit

Set a time limit for each gaming session. When the set time is up, the system will alert you and, if needed, end the session automatically.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a break for a few days, choose the self-exclusion option. Various durations are available, from 7 days up to permanent exclusion.

Bet Limit

Decide in advance the maximum amount you will wager in each game. This limit will stop you from placing larger bets on impulse.

Cooling-Off Period

Temporarily close your account for 24 hours to 30 days without taking a long break. Access will be restored automatically once the break ends.

Contact our Bengali live chat support at any time. Our team is always ready to help with any questions or assistance regarding responsible gaming.

Some tips for responsible gaming

Set a fixed budget before each gaming session and stop when it runs out
Never use borrowed money or funds set aside for essential expenses to play
Avoid gaming when you are stressed, depressed or angry
Take regular breaks — at least 10-15 minutes every hour is a good practice
Do not try to recover losses after a losing session — it leads to even greater harm
Give more importance to spending time with family and friends, playing sports or pursuing hobbies than to gaming
Review your gaming activity regularly and take action immediately if you notice any changes

Questions and answers about responsible gaming

Answers to frequently asked questions about responsible gaming are provided below.

After logging in to your bg341 account, go to Profile Settings and open the "Responsible Gaming" section. There you can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits separately. A reduction takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period. Contact us on live chat for any assistance.

No, self-exclusion keeps your account balance safe. During the exclusion period you will not be able to place new bets or make deposits, but once the exclusion ends — or if it is temporary — your funds will remain completely intact. Contact support to process a withdrawal.

A few key signs are: spending money beyond your budget, repeatedly playing to chase losses, being unable to stop gaming, neglecting family or work, or hiding your gaming from others. If any of these signs appear, use our responsible gaming settings right away and contact support.

The minimum deposit at bg341 across all payment methods is ৳300. This applies to bKash, Nagad and Rocket alike. We recommend depositing within your set budget and using the deposit limit feature to keep yourself safe.

A cooling-off period is a short-term break (usually 24 hours to 30 days) after which your account is reactivated automatically. Self-exclusion, on the other hand, is a longer-term solution — ranging from 7 days up to permanent exclusion — where you need support's help to reactivate your account even after the period ends.

If you are having trouble with your own account, you can use self-exclusion directly. For another family member's account, please contact our support team — we will do our best to provide appropriate assistance based on the situation. Reach us via 24/7 live chat or at [email protected].
